Customer Account Manager
Title:Customer Account Manager

Biomedical Innovations is currently seeking a Customer Account Manager to plan, execute and undertake projects and activities that provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, customers, and other parties to meet and exceed customer expectations on projects and production goals. This position is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the general management of the assigned accounts by performing the following duties with little supervision.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow all employee guidelines and Quality Systems Regulations as defined by Biomedical Innovations’ practices, policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that customer requirements and FDA regulations are met.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service by communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned customer’s business and relationship status.
  • Work closely with the Program Management, Product Development, and Supply Chain on all quotes. Track and follow-up with customers on submitted quotes as needed.
  • Complete Customer Order Entry process.
  • Track all open sales orders and report any updates or challenges to the customer.
  • Receive and process customer complaints and RMA’s.
  • Schedule, plan, facilitate and take notes for customer visits when requested or as needed.
  • Provide support to Program Management Team as needed.
  • Provide revenue forecast projections as required on assigned accounts.
  • Use CRM to record correspondence with customers.
  • Support the Sales Department in developing new opportunities with new and existing accounts.
  • Contribute information to sales strategies by identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products, analyzing and relaying customer reactions; quoting new and existing customers.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
  • Ensure protection and security of files and records

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of customer service experience OR 2 - 4 years of Project/Program Management experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience with ERP Systems strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Project Management software such as Windows PM
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with customer tracking software
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills required
  • The right individual will demonstrate professionalism and strong business acumen
