Nissha Medical Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager for our Healthcare Solutions and Custom Label Products divisions. In this role, the Marketing Manager will maximize sales of those divisions in both North America and Internationally through strategic planning, new product development and private label partnerships, promotions, pricing, forecasting, sales support, and Sales & Customer Service training. 

Primary Responsibilities will be needed for both Marketing/Sales and in New Product Development. For Marketing & Sales Support, you will 
1)    Assume P&L responsibilities for all products under management
2)    Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
3)    Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics
4)    Develop new marketing strategies for new markets
5)    Provide competitive information on products and quality issues with customers
6)    Forecasting and budget development
7)    Development of sales and customer literature, promotions and communications pieces
8)    Development of Customer Service programs; for example, product specialist training and up- and cross-selling techniques
9)    Development of packaging and cost improvement programs regarding packaging working with Product Managers
10)    Work to maintain prices and develop selling strategies to prevent the decline in prices
11)    Monitor business/market trends and recommend appropriate action
12)    Develop business lines for Product Managers to manage
13)    Participate in formal presentations on product line to management groups and at Sales/Marketing meetings
14)    Work extensively with sales representatives in their territories to assist in selling products to learn more of customer needs and to provide training to the sales force
15)    Support and attend industry trade shows.

For New Product Development, you will be responsible to 
1)    Lead a new product team from concept to sales, working with customers for their input.  Also, working with internal cross functional teams to insure product is consistently available
2)    Develop skills in market opportunity analysis for reviewing and selecting projects for development
3)    Develop marketing research sources and techniques for gathering accurate and quantitative information on market sizes, competitor's' sales and evaluating opportunities for direct and telephone sales
4)    Aid in conducting on-site evaluations for anew products, including (if necessary) trips to evaluation sites and in-service presentations

Experience, Education, Skills
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in business (marketing, finance or sales)
  • Prefer experience in marketing and/or new product development
  • Minimum four (4) year degree in a business field
  • MBA degree desired
