Nissha Medical Technologies is currently seeking a Product Detail Specialist that will be responsible for providing technical updates to new and existing products. As a Product Detailed Specialist you will be responsible for loading bill of materials and Routes to meet production, scheduling and customer needs. In this highly collaborative, high volume role, you'll work with all functional areas, including Master Scheduling, Graphic Arts, Manufacturing, Planning, Accounting, Operations, Management, Engineering, and other business units.
The Product Detailed Specialist is also responsible for managing the packaging components of Nissha products from concept through execution, interacting cross-functionally with key individuals and teams to ensure products deliver the desired attributes while meeting quality standards, regulatory requirements, cost targets, and delivery timelines.
Essential Functions:
- Excellent organization and project management skills establishes priorities, creates project plans, and meets deadlines for multiple projects at a time.

- Relationship skills: maintains positive, productive relationships with vendors and co-workers throughout the organization.
- Understand packaging and labeling regulations and components, domestically and internationally.
- Ensure product label regulatory compliance, and work with the Quality Assurance and Marketing teams to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Communicate updates to packaging/specs/etc. to other departments, working with appropriate individuals to obtain sign offs when necessary.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Process new product orders from order entry to manufacture.
- Recommend and configure new procedures.
- Provides internal product detail support for all departments.
- Develop product specifications & quality detail (when applicable).
- Create & maintain product routes & work centers in business operating system.
- Maintain current and accurate specification files.
- Co-ordinate integration of product specifications from new business units as needed.
- Train & develop new staff.
- Co-ordinate resolution of specific product specification record discrepancies.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Create & maintain product routes & work centers in business operating system.
- Process all device design changes, manufacturing process design changes, and document changes through change control process (ECR).
- Creating Material Masters, Bill of Materials and Document information Records.
- Demonstrate a willingness to make decisions within assigned authority and accepting responsibility for personal decisions and actions.
- Communicate in a clear and professional manner – both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and constructive teamwork when working with others in the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- 2-Year degree preferred & five years proven experience in a technical support role
