Description

Biomedical Innovations is currently seeking a Customer Account Assistant who will be responsible for control of all formal documentation used in the Account Management department, coordinate general office organization, and perform reception-type duties.

 

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow all employee guidelines and Quality Systems Regulations (QSR's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to insure that customer requirements and FDA (or equivalent) regulations are met.
  • Provide support to create and monitor Documentation and files.
  • Monitor performance of and prepare summary reports as needed related jobs and tasks.
  • Utilize statistical analysis software package to prepare charts and evaluations.
  • Assist in the creation and update of systems, forms, documents and general operating procedures (SOP's).
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars and schedules as requested.
  • Handle all customer visits, schedule rooms, prepare and order food and ensure conference room is clean and set up for each visit.
  • Compose and type routine correspondences and meeting summaries.
  • Operate general office equipment (i.e. computer, duplicating machines, calculators, printers).
  • Answer phones and routes calls to the appropriate staff.
  • As necessary, collect and distribute mail and other routine correspondences.
  • Keep shared calendar up to date for all visits.
  • Customer orders, process, track, and follow up as needed with each customer.
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue planning.
  • Act as back up to Account Mangers in our Colorado or Buffalo locations as needed.
  • Regular attendance.
  • Abide by all safety and security rules set forth by the company and regulatory agencies.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience required
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent organizational skills with high level of detail orientation
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Previous experience with ERP Systems strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Project Management software such as Windows PM
  • Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills required
  • The right individual will demonstrate professionalism and strong business acumen
